Villa Aruba is a charming 5-bedroom villa in a great central location between Albufeira Marina and the old town. With a private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra) and a lovely outdoor dining area, this is the perfect villa for a relaxing holiday in the sun. The property has 2 floors and 5 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom (with access to an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs) and a double bedroom. On the ground floor there are 3 twin bedrooms, one of which has the option of changing the twin beds to a double bed and is the only room with a bathtub in the en-suite bathroom. The open plan living / dining room is on the ground floor, with the lounge area a few steps lower than the dining area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a television equipped with satellite channels. Patio doors lead outside to one of the two al fresco dining tables. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would require for preparing meals during your stay, including a hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, as well as a cosy breakfast nook. There is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine and ironing facilities and a separate service W.C. The outdoor area boasts a large private heatable swimming pool (pool heating as an optional extra), a raised BBQ area and parking inside the property for up to 4 cars. Al fresco dining is a must during the warm evenings and you have the choice of 2 outdoor dining areas, one which is under a shaded pergola and another at the front of the property. Both dining areas can be served by the kitchen inside or the typical Algarvian BBQ for summer pool-side meals. This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The location of Villa Aruba, based between Albufeira’s Marina and the bustling Old Town is ideal for easy access to its famous restaurants, central old square, shops and lively night life with many bars offering live music most evenings. The nearest beach is only 1.5km away and less than 250m away you can find a small supermarket, and a couple of local restaurants and cafes. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
