Villa Bogota Villa Bogota is a stunning holiday villa affording a prime location in Montechoro, Albufeira, just a couple of minutes’ drive away from the best golden sandy beaches. Located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to all amenities, it is the ideal escape for a relaxing break in the sun. This beautiful villa sleeps 6+4 guests and has 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom on the first floor with a spacious balcony and an en-suite bathroom, and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (also with an en-suite bathroom) on the ground floor. There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living / dining room, with cosy sofas, TV and dining area. Large sliding doors in the living room allow access to the wonderful garden and pool area, which has a built-in brick barbeque and an outdoor dining area which set the scene for summer meals outdoors. The swimming pool has pool heating available as an optional extra, and sun loungers are provided for lounging in the sun between swims. There is also space for car parking inside the property area. Villa Bogotá provides air conditioning in the bedrooms, free wi-fi and international satellite channels. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only) • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts Prices up to 6 people. • From the 7th to 10th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €203 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
