Apartment located in a period building from the historical period of the 1920s within the pedestrian area of Ostia with a terrace overlooking the sea. The building has different decorations and a distinctive coat of arms linked to the period in which it was built. It is one of the historic palaces of Ostia and the square has been the subject of filming in several films of famous registers.
It is the ideal choice for those who love to dive into the evening "movida" of Ostia or more simply to have breakfast in the morning with a characteristic donut by the sea.
The historic building has a double entrance both on the pedestrian square and in the back where you can admire a courtyard owned by the condominiums.
The main entrance, through a wooden door, leads to an entrance hall with a characteristic period chandelier and some mosaics painted on tiles that make the building unique.
The apartment has been recently renovated with a living room equipped with a double sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen area furnished and equipped with all accessories. It has a double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything to make your stay pleasant. The kitchenette is also well stocked so you can cook to your heart's content. You will find various sizes of pots and pans, the pasta maker for cooking pasta and bowls of various sizes. You will also find crockery for your children. We have created both a coffee corner, with an electric machine (to be used with coffee powder) or, alternatively, the Moka. Instead, in the tea corner you will find an electric kettle with infusion and tea bags and sugar.
The 40 m² panoramic terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the pedestrian area is fully furnished with table and chairs, outdoor sitting area, sun loungers. A double motorized awning allows you to protect yourself during the hottest hours. The terrace is presented with plants and flowers arranged in zones, so as to create small green islands, thus making it visibly full of colour. The small lanterns inside the plants illuminate the various areas, contributing to relaxation.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a flight of stairs to do on foot.
Identification documents (identity card or driving license or passport) of all people (including minors) who will stay in the structure are required. The details of the documents will be sent to the lodging portal within 24 hours of arrival, as required by law.
A regular tax receipt is issued (invoices cannot be issued).

It is possible to park on the street both on the seafront or in the neighboring streets and in the square near the Luna Park behind the building in the old station square.

The apartment is located in a pedestrian area in Piazza Anco Marzio 13. If you arrive by taxi or car you must arrive in Via di Santa Monica 1 (secondary entrance to the building).

Historic district of Ostia where there are many clubs and restaurants. The apartment is located within the pedestrian area and a stone's throw from the bathing establishments and the pier. Basically just cross the road to be immediately on the beach and the sea.
A few steps away is also the Victoria Spa establishment where you can find a large room with hydromassage, chaise lounge overlooking the sea, room for tea or herbal tea and a wellness program that goes from the Turkish bath, to the sauna and to a sensory journey.
Another place to visit, a few steps from the apartment is the Tourist Port.
A beautiful place especially during the summer where you can walk, ride a bike or scooter along the entire cycle path. You can dine in a fish-based restaurant, eat a pizza or go shopping in one of the very nice and characteristic shops. You will also find a small pebble beach with the sea as a natural backdrop with many sailing boats and large yachts at the entrance to the port. Not to be missed are also the archaeological area of the excavations of Ostia Antica (book online) and the fishermen's hamlet.
the apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Ostia just 25 minutes from Rome by underground (Lido Centro station) which is a 10-minute walk away.
For those coming by car it is possible to park nearby on the seafront.
A 10-minute walk from the house is the Carrefour Supermarket open 24 hours a day. The area is equipped with everything from the pharmacy, to the bank, many eateries and many clothing stores. A 3-minute walk away is the sea and the beaches equipped with everything (practically you just have to cross the road).
