What a magical place. The location is very special - right in the heart of the Black Forest and close to lots of amenities such as shops and restaurants. The Backhäusle has been finished to an excellent standard, beautifully designed with high quality finishes, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Monika was an excellent host and provided us with local products of bread, milk and butter on arrival. We even got to see the local cows and milking, a short walk from the house! Despite the wet weather we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We feel very lucky to have found it and we would highly recommend. What a hidden gem! Many thanks.
