ALL THE 5▪︎ REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! My husband and I are from the US and travel quite frequently. We stay at hotels, airbnbs and B&Bs. This place is one of the best we've ever stayed at anywhere. I read all the reviews before booking here, and I've read all the reviews since returning, and I can tell you, they are accurate. The location is stunning but what makes this truly enjoyable is the hospitality of Pascale and Yves. They are there if you need them but otherwise you are in complete seclusion and relaxation. We never saw more than two other guests. I am not a morning person but I looked forward to the breakfast each morning (and I also don't typically eat breakfast). Pascale goes above and beyond every day with homemade yogurt, fresh fruit, a variety of pastries and other French items, such as crepes. We ate outside and the weather could not have been better. You do need a car but that also allows you to visit nearby towns and restaurants. The B&B is at the top of a hill and provides one of the best views around. There is also a grocery nearby (less than 10 min drive) and you are welcome to bring your own food and wine. They provide a nice kitchen area (outside) to keep food, wine, and they have everything you need such as plates, glasses, utensils. (Note, only breakfast is available here.) The place is also immaculate. I sometimes worry with places like this whether they will be old and musty. That is not the case here. (I forgot to take pictures of or room but it was even better than the website photo. We were in the canon's room, which was larger than expected and quite modern. It is on the second level in the stairs are outside. We would definitely choose this room again.) Although it is old with an incredible amount of charm, the place itself is clean with modern amenities. It's the best of both worlds. We wanted some place to relax, read, and take in the atmosphere while sipping apertifs and drinking wine. This was the perfect place to do that. Pascale and Yves were also incredibly helpful recommending not only restaurants but other parts of France to visit on a return trip. The price is also reasonable for what you experience. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else if you are in this area.

Das Viking Beach House besticht durch seine wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer im schönen Cap d'Antibes. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass zur Ausstattung ein Kanu und ein Stand-Up-Board gehören. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: das Anbringen einer Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit im Mansardenzimmer und generell das Bereitstellen besserer Kissen würden die Schlafqualität heben.

The friendliest staff, it feels like going to a friend’s house, home cooked high quality food, jaw dropping low prices, the quality and taste is perfect, the best duck leg i ate in my whole life worth way more than i paid for, just give this man his michellin star already, i felt like i just i found the secret restaurant the locals go to, it is a must go. It is way better than any restaurant in the city charging triple the price.
