This is our fourth summer vacation at this house. Modern furnishings, a wide variety of apartments available, close to the beach and yet close to all the essentials you need on vacation (restaurants, shopping, spa gardens, playground). During peak season, the apartments aren't exactly cheap, but almost everything seems to be booked. The pool is quite small, but it's still always a highlight for our children.

This year was my fourth time staying with the Weltmann family and I would definitely come back! The apartments are very sweet and beautifully furnished. You always get a clean and tidy apartment for your stay!!! They are both very kind, always willing to listen, can offer tips, and are always there for you, even if you're not feeling well! The location of the apartments couldn't be better. Next door is a gas station, Netto, Lidl, a bakery, and Rossmann. A bus stops right in front of the apartment. It's just a few minutes' walk to Schmachter See and the Baltic Sea! The price is great!!! I highly recommend the Weltmann family and would come back anytime!
