One of the greatest advantages is the concierge service. The caretakers are always present and meticulously maintain 10-star cleanliness in all common areas: entrance, stairs, and pool. The grounds are also regularly maintained. The apartments vary in size, some renovated, others not. However, they are sufficiently isolated to ensure tranquility and rest, at least on the upper floors. The parking lots under the building can be inconvenient for larger cars, while the outdoor ones are easily accessible. There is a dedicated, covered, and well-lit area for bicycles under the building. The pool is quite busy on weekends, while it's less crowded during the week. However, it can be used until 10 pm.
