We had the pleasure of spending a fantastic weekend in Avola at the "Almond House" and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway or a relaxing weekend. The house's location is simply ideal: in the heart of Avola, yet just steps from the sea. The convenience of being just steps from the beach yet immersed in the vibrant town center is priceless. The house is welcoming and well-maintained, with a modern style that still retains the typical charm of the area. Every detail was designed to make us feel at home, from the impeccable cleanliness to the well-organized spaces. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal at home, but we were tempted by some local delicacies, finding excellent restaurants and cafes just around the corner. We were fortunate enough to visit Avola during Carnival, and the experience was truly inspiring! The town was in full celebration with floats, music, and dancing, completely immersing us in the lively and joyful atmosphere of the Carnival. Seeing the streets filled with color and sound, while our apartment was so close to the action, allowed us to fully experience the city without having to travel too far.
