Das Costa Rica ist eine sehr schöne, ruhige und familiengeführte Anlage in 2. Reihe in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Vom 1. und 2. Stock aus hat man Meerblick von einem großen Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, ca. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg. Die Appartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Die Eigentümer und das Personal sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad ist im Winter auf ca. 29 Grad beheizt und überdacht. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und kommen immer gerne wieder.

Different apartment this time, but just as nice and clean as before. We're delighted to have a wonderful host in Ms. Studer. Aug. 2020 As described on the website. Nice welcome from the owner, lots of space in the apartment, everything clean, including the pool. Has potential to become regular guests. However, you need a car here, as it's a bit out of the way.

I spent a fantastic week in a small studio apartment in this property. Although a bit small, the room was functional and super clean (our towels were changed three times in a week). It also has all the utensils you could need for cooking and other activities (including umbrellas and beach ice packs), and a lovely terrace overlooking the garden where you can enjoy private al fresco dining. Located in a quiet area with plenty of parking and just steps from amenities like bars, restaurants, and the supermarkets of Cala Millor! Last but not least, the always timely and precise communication with the owners, who are on site almost every day. Highly recommended. If I were to return to Mallorca, I would definitely stay here again!
