The holiday house with pool Quercus is directly on the beach, in Čerenje bay on the island of Pašman. It can accommodate 6 persons. It has two bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and the living room, where there is a sofa on which two persons may sleep. WLan (WiFi) internet and cable TV are offered at no additional cost. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator (volume 120 l) with a freezer compartment (volume 45 l), a stove with two gas and two electric cookers and an oven. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The washing machine can only be used during the day when it is sunny. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen and towels for the bathroom are provided, fresh ones are provided after each week of stay. We would like to mention that you should bring your own towels for the pool and the beach. The electrical energy is solar, 220 V. Please do not bring or use your own electrical devices in the house except for mobile/laptop chargers. The volume of the tank with fresh water is 40,000 l. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. Water from the tank is immediately usable for cooking and washing. Only the ground floor is rented, the first floor is locked and no one lives there. You rent the house as a whole. In the garden there is a barbecue and an outdoor shower, in which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. The outdoor terrace is covered and furnished, there are deckchairs by the pool. The house is accessible by car, parking is in the yard and is free of charge. The road that goes across the island is macadam, in some places it is a bit rough (gravel/dirt), passable for an ordinary car, but slow and careful driving is necessary. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. The minimum stay is 7 days. The house has heating and can be rented all year round. One pet per reservation is welcome with an extra charge upon arrival. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. There are sockets for a standard plug in the house, so guests can charge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard home charger. There is the possibility of renting a motor boat (on request and provided that the client has a recognized license to operate a boat in open waters). A boat mooring is available at no additional cost in front of the house. The island of Pašman is a great destination for all lovers of water sports. In addition, there are hiking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, which are also near this house, along which you can find various types of Mediterranean, medicinal and aromatic plants - perfect for all nature lovers. We recommend arriving at our agency in Biograd during the morning to early afternoon, because the arrival at the accommodation at night is difficult, even impossible after the last ferry leaves.
