Set in the rolling hills & vineyards of the Monferrato, with a beautiful countryside view of hilltop towns, and yet only 20 minutes from the city of Asti and an hour to Turin & 90 minutes to Milan. You are in the tranquility & quiet of the Italian countryside. Dining out at excellent restaurants is easy, the nearest one is just a few minutes by car and 10 minutes driving to reach your nearest pizzeria. Wine tasting is one of the most popular experiences and there are fine wineries within a few minutes.
The house is on a tarmac road and easy to access via a private driveway suitable for 3-4 cars. From Turin airport the journey takes +/- 1 hour 15 minutes and is mostly motorway, the last 20 minutes is on local roads from the Asti Est exit. You need a car during your stay to get around. From mainland Europe the motorway exit is 20 minutes from the house - Asti Est is the exit, then follow direction for Casale Monferrato/Moncalvo. Alfiano Natta is signposted off the road to Moncalvo/Casale, and then take the exit to Sanico on Via Crivelli.
